As an independent retailer, in order to give our customers what they require, and reduce inventory waste, we have partnered with an extensive network of suppliers both in Australia and Overseas.

As a small business that relies on our valued customers, we aim to get you your ordered products as soon as possible. Typically from your order date we require the following processing and delivery times:

• Process order for shipping (3-10 Business Days)
• Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

Because of this, when you placed your order we quoted a current shipping time which is 2 weeks from the date of order.
